🎉 And that's a wrap on the FuturExec Academy for 2024! 🎉 Last Thursday, we concluded an incredible year for the FuturExec: The Academy Programme with our final event of 2024, held in London. This event capped off a fantastic week of sessions across the country, uniting HR professionals with a shared passion for driving innovation and leadership in the workplace. We were thrilled to host such an engaged, curious, and enthusiastic audience, making this evening one to remember! A special shout-out to our phenomenal guest speaker and gracious host, Sean Greathead Chartered MCIPD, from MAPP, who delivered an insightful and thought-provoking session on the “Well-being vs. Productivity Conundrum.” Sean shared MAPP’s innovative approach to balancing employee well-being with productivity, offering practical strategies and invaluable lessons on how to implement these concepts in the real world. His session resonated deeply, sparking meaningful conversations and reflections among our attendees. A huge thank you as well to MAPP for hosting and letting us use your amazing office space. What an amazing turnout at our Manchester FuturExec: The Academy event this morning, hosted by Addleshaw Goddard. The event focused on the new Employment Rights Bill and what that means for you as HR Professionals. With so many changes on the horizon, from topics such as Day One Right to Living wage changes, safety in the workplace and trade unions, it was great to have so many people with us this morning.
