We are excited to share that construction has begun on the 43,000 sq ft Whiskey Sierra office development located near Tottenham Court Road, London. The project, commissioned by Global Holdings Management Group UK, will transform the former Transport Police station at 20 Whitfield Street into a premium workspace, introducing modern facades, multiple terraces, high-quality commuter facilities, and an additional penthouse floor. It is great to be working alongside Hale Brown Architects and Make One Group to deliver this exceptional development. NRP is providing employer’s agent and project management services, bringing extensive expertise in overseeing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and the highest standards throughout. Scheduled for completion in 2025, the building is being developed with sustainability at the forefront, targeting BREEAM Excellent, a NABERS 5-star rating, and an EPC A certification. A look at one of our current projects on site at 20 Whitfield Street in Fitzrovia. Make One is working with our client Global Holdings to retain and reuse most of this former police station and redevelop the building, turning it into CAT A+ office space and affordable workspace. This CGI shows what the Whitfield Street elevation of the project will look like upon completion. There will be new loggia terraces at first and second floors, roof terraces at third and fourth floor, and third and fourth floor extensions with pre-cast stone cladding. We’re pleased to share that our previous project KOKO, has been chosen as the site for a new street art tribute to Amy Winehouse on what would have been her 41st birthday. As a cultural cornerstone in Camden, KOKO has long played a key role in the local arts and music scene. This new artwork, recently featured in a BBC article, continues that tradition by celebrating Amy’s legacy in the area. Our works at KOKO included extensive refurbishment & construction over 78,000 sq ft, providing venues, retail units, a recording studio, bars and restaurants across 4 floors. 🏗  A big thank you to Stewart Turnbull & his team from Make One Group for giving us a tour of their current project site 16 Charles Street in Mayfair. This stunning Georgian property was built in 1753 and is currently being restored and converted into a fine dining restaurant over 4 floors. The team has already been doing some fantastic work all while carefully maintaining its original charm and unique features. Using OpenSpace, Stewart and his colleagues have already created first captures of the project and are anticipating capture frequency to pick up once the work on-site is in full swing. Of course we used our visit for a joint capture walk, and to generate some test field notes–all in just a few minutes time. And since the team is using Procore Technologies for project management we also got the integration up and running which will allow them to push any recorded observations, RFIs or snags back into Procore with just one click. Looking forward to seeing this project come to live and open its doors to the public soon. Hopefully I get a chance to come by for a nice dinner 🍽

The Considerate Constructors Scheme has awarded Make One an 'Excellent' performance score for 204 Great Portland Street. We boast a score of 42 across 'Respect The Community', 'Care For The Environment', and 'Value Their Workforce'. This success is the result of tireless work from the team, and we congratulate all those involved. The project is on display today, with the stunning balustrades catching the sun. The roofing works at 30 Gloucester Place consist of replacing the existing waterproofing system with a new high-performance & thermally superior waterproofing system for long-term protection, repair of the existing pitched roof, masonry copings and chimney pots, and installation of plant equipment as part of the heating system upgrade from boilers to an all-electric air source heating pump strategy. #MakeOne #Construction

1000+ KG Curved Glass lift to the 8th Floor of these Portland Steet apartments! Yesterday, our team successfully completed a heavy lift with the help from the guys over at City Lifting Limited, getting this bespoke 6mm toughened laminated curved glass to the 8th floor.
