  • Mastering Your Mind Matters Goes Podcast!! Who remembers a post from early December last year, when my son and I attended the "Podcast Profits" training at Progressive Success in Peterborough? It was a post asking for people interested in getting on my podcast. Well, after nearly 11 months of not doing not much, apart from creating the logo and description for the podcast in Apple Podcasts and Acast, I am starting to record the first few solo audio episodes this week. And with that, I am today re-starting my search for podcast guests for the following podcast: Title: - Exploring Brain and Mind Topics: - Learning and Development, - Leadership, - Psychology, - Mindset, - Psychotherapy and Counselling, - Mindfulness and Spirituality - Neuro-Agility - Brain Health and Brain Optimisation - Coaching and Consulting - Emotional Intelligence etc. I am sure there are more relevant topics that could be covered. Please note I'm not intending to compete with the likes of the amazing Andrew Huberman, Tony Robbins and other famous contributors on the subject, but I am sure there is enough space in the podcasting world for more. There are also opportunities for sponsorships for organisations and businesses coming up as advertising on podcasts has become rather popular. If you are (still) interested in being a podcast guests, DM me or comment below and I will get in touch. #ExploringBrainAndMind #Podcast #PodcastGuests #PodcastSponsorship #MasteringYourMindMatters

Helping Leaders to achieve peak performance and resilience through neuroscience-based solutions - tailored coaching, consulting, talks and workshops – F2F and online

10th October is World Mental Health Day! I know I have recently been focusing about other issues connected with leadership and organisations, but mental health is in a way intrinsically linked with all recent topics I referred to in posts. The mental health of individuals, be it leaders or team members, can have a huge effect on businesses and organisations, their efficiency, performance and productivity. It can affect how we cope with daily tasks, with our colleagues and senior managers, how we interact, communicate and process information. Both sides, both individuals and organisations, could benefit from more mental health awareness, starting with individually improved self-awareness and self-management and rippling out to organisational awareness and support for individuals, who are struggling. I shall commit today that I, as Mastering Your Mind Matters, will be putting a mental health workshop and talk together to present online and in person (I prefer LIVE talks anyway). And I will include mental health as topic in my soon-to-launch Mastermind (with an upgrade option to a more bespoke Mentorship). My goal is to help people understand how brain and mind work and how to control our mind rather than our mind controlling us – which will contribute to a better understanding and management of our mental health. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealthAwareness #Individuals #Professionals #organisations #business #MasteringYourMindMatters
