Are you struggling to get inbound leads? Try this. I chatted with someone before Christmas who was getting loads of engagement but no leads. She was: → Engaging with people regularly → Getting engagement on her posts → Posting value consistently But no leads. This is a common problem. Posting but getting no leads. You can buy a $97 course from an influencer to solve it (fingers crossed) But I'm going to give it you for free. I call them Win on Wednesday posts. Every Wednesday I post one client success story. But I do it in a very specific way. Every week, I get people messaging me "WIN" Everyone who has followed this format to the letter has got leads too. I have a 4-min video to explain it on YouTube (check comments). Here are the highlights → Client story → No hard sell → Make it all about them → A very simple Call-to-action → Image with a quote from the client There is a very specific structure you need to follow to the letter. Don't take on a client until you read this! (I made more money when I learned to do this) I used to get myself in a cycle. → Get really busy with clients → Have no time to market myself → 3 months down the road, I'd have cash crisis → Sign any client, even if it wasn't a good fit to plug a hole That led to a vicious self-defeating circle. → Lots of clients with different needs consumed more time → A lack of time marketing meant I lived in feast and famine → I was signing clients at cheaper rates because I needed them This created a self-feeding problem... → I couldn't focus on solving one problem → I didn't have time to show that value to the right people → I wasn't signing clients who were the right fit (because I was desperate) I went through a painful journey of having to halt this way of living and working. → Committed to selling one thing (LinkedIn) → Choose to turn down work which didn't fit (that hurt a lot) → Focused on systemising client acquisition so I didn't get a hole. This made me more money, but also made me happier. I didn't go through the 3 month cash crisis anymore. Business was predictable. My day-to-day was simpler If you recognise this saga in your own world. I promise you it gets better if you ruthlessly focus and systemise. Anyone been through this too?
