Theft of equipment from a local charity has prompted one of our branches into action to help. Dyce Academy Cycling Club is a local charity situated within the community of our Aberdeen depot. They provide cycling trips for students of Dyce Academy to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, encourage socialising and to help pupils relax to deal with anxiety or other mental health issues. Unfortunately, during the summer, the charity was broken into, and all their bikes were stolen and despite the best efforts of the authorities, very little were retrieved. The team at mb air systems Aberdeen heard of the news and got in touch with the charity in the hopes of providing a donation to enable them to purchase new bikes. The charity recently shared the news that they were able to purchase an all-weather bicycle and equipment with the donation from our Aberdeen team. We are sure that this will help get the Cycling Club back on track and support the pupils as they did before. #community #leanonus
