🏗️ H E R N E • B A Y • P R O G R E S S 🏗️ Works are progressing well across both phases of our care home build in Herne Bay, Kent. We have completed the 2nd floor Panacea Building Systems Limited's metframe to the new build section of the care home and will commence the roof and façade works shortly. The hot rolled steel frame and intermediate floors have been completed to the retained façade section of the build, allowing the façade and roof to follow on in the next month or so. The roads and drainage infrastructure associated with the 49no bungalows is also progressing well. We have already poured a number of the slab foundations and this will progressively continue over the next few months. The previous stages of work will now allow the commencement of the masonry to these first bungalows in the coming weeks.
