Our Chartered Architects are RIBA registered and have seven years of professional training. We help guide clients through all stages of projects, from scoping the brief, feasibility options and the consultation processes to contract management and delivery of the completed building.
We offer advice on best practice on conservation schemes whilst integrating the latest technologies, materials and environmentally friendly designs in our schemes.

We are delighted that a contractor has been appointed and funding has been formally awarded by Sport NI for the exciting Mid Ulster Sports Arena (MUSA) project! Work is set to begin early in the new year. This transformative project will include: - A new eight-lane athletics track - A 3G pitch - A banked terraced spectator viewing area - Access alterations and new pathways The development will take place on a greenfield site adjacent to the existing MUSA facility with McGurk Architects as the lead consultant. Stay tuned for updates as we bring this fantastic project to life, enhancing sports and recreation in our community!

We are delighted that the Down GAA Centre of Excellence project has successfully secured €15.4M in funding through PeacePlus, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes body. This long-anticipated project is now set to become a reality. McGurk Architects began early design work for Down GAA in 2019 and successfully obtained planning permission for the Ballykinlar site redevelopment in 2022. The new facilities will include a state-of-the-art sports stadium, four full size GAA playing fields, an indoor Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and walking trail. An integral part of this development is the addition of a museum and interpretative centre. This space will pay homage to the rich history of Ballykinlar, showcasing Down GAA's storied past, alongside the site's historical significance.
