🔮 Predictions for 2025 with The Drum “Brands need to be wary of optimising to the mean. If everyone is using the same AI tools, trained on the same data, the risk is that every campaign looks and sounds the same” Discover this, and more predictions from Kara Osborne Gladwell, UM London CEO and panelists at The Drum event here https://lnkd.in/ef_kTU2t. Huge thanks to Richard Draycott and the team for another insightful discussion.

Horizon 25: A Day of Inspiration & Connection We were thrilled to bring together over 1000 colleagues from across the UK&I at Horizon 25 last week for a day dedicated to connection, inspiration, and setting the stage for a successful year ahead. We celebrated the incredible work and the amazing clients we serve at Initiative UK, UM London, KINESSO UK&I and Mediahub Worldwide while also taking time to learn more about each other and our diverse teams through a brilliant Deeper Signals panel. We joined workshops on music production, improv, and creativity, had live music performances from our Amex Unsigned artists and, the day was made even more special by our guests, Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill and Meera Syal CBE, who shared their inspiring stories and insights with our brilliant interviewers Jo Rigby and Michael Albert Brown. Horizon 25 was testament to the power of collective ambition and the bright future that lies ahead. Thank you to all those who brought the day together and to all our teams for leaning in. Here we go! 🚀 HT: Richard Morris, Lisa Wisniowski, Chris Howell, Noel Cullen, 🐾 Cat Harris, FLPI, Vanessa Doyle and Samantha King #WinningTogether IPG Mediabrands

🙌 Celebrating Open Women's Network Monthly Award Winner Each month, our Open Women's Network celebrates the incredible achievements of women and non-binary colleagues through their monthly awards and this quarter, we've been focusing on Big Firsts. Huge congratulations go to Carolyn H., Communications Manager, UM London who takes our final award of the year for this nomination by colleagues: "Carolyn has truly stepped up, embracing many firsts as she navigates the UK media landscape from Canada. A standout moment this month was her first time presenting Thursday 30, a KPI for her this year. Despite not being a fan of big crowds, she absolutely nailed it, showcasing her dedication and growth. Beyond her day-to-day client work, Carolyn has also been volunteering her time to support the UN Women campaigns, taking the initiative to contribute to these important efforts in her spare work time. Her commitment and drive deserve recognition! Congratulations Carolyn - massively deserved! #WinningTogether #MBOpen

👏 Top 10 Media Planners It's been another busy year for Enyi Nwosu as he leads the strategic direction of UM London alongside co-chairing Campaign's Media 360 in May, delivering the IPA Strategy Summit Keynote in September, and an invitation to be president of the Cannes Lions Dubai Lynx Media Jury in March. So, making the list of the country's Top 10 Media Planners again is thoroughly deserved. Congratulations Enyi! https://lnkd.in/expCxQkj
