Responsibilities: You will be joining our outpatient clinical team in the provision of outpatient care, with a specific responsibility of looking after clients with gynaecological enquiries. Routine tasks include: - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors as necessary. - Perform specialized procedures such as speculum examinations and gynaecological swabbing. - Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Perform phlebotomy, basic wound care, and assist with minor diagnostic tests as needed. - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and treatments using electronic medical records systems. - Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies - Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and other administrative tasks as required. - Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring high standards of care and professional development.
