Last week we held some in-depth Menopause training at our Metro Rod and Metro Plumb Support Centre. This training was hosted by Dr Anna Greaves, a specialist in menopause, and covered topics such as perimenopause, postmenopause, symptoms, treatment and how it affects employees in the workplace. This was a very insightful session which answered a lot of questions from members of the team and helped to break the taboo of menopause, especially within the workplace. We would like to say a massive thank you to Dr Anna and Emma Labourne who supported Anna on the call.
