Our cities can’t sustain growing last-mile demand and the logistics model supporting it. Here in London freight creates 25% of the city’s emissions, a problem that’s increasing in absolute and relative terms. This needs a modal shift away from the dependency on vans driving into cities. Minimal exists to rapidly scale this transition, to give cities the power to reduce transport emissions by 100s of MTs CO2e in years, not decades.
