We are so grateful to Jo Ronan L.L.B. and Carly Higgs and the fantastic MKFM team for supporting MK Food Bank at this month’s Meet of MK. Our food parcels and top-up shops provide a real lifeline and we are only able to do this thanks to the generous donations of the local community. We have so many supporters at MKFM, Women Leaders and within the Milton Keynes business community and this opportunity has introduced us to many more of you who have felt inspired to support the most vulnerable in our city. Including Milton Keynes Breakers Basketball Club who are supporting MK Food Bank with even more food donations throughout March! 🎈 Collectively we raised a total of 489 food items, and £364 (even with our technical issues with our card reader!) 💥 Thank you all for your incredible generosity! 🙋 This afternoon, I had the opportunity to volunteer at MK Food Bank over on Kiln Farm with Workshop Supervisor Andy M 👌 👀 It was a truly enlightening experience, giving us a glimpse into the vital work being done to support so many individuals in Milton Keynes 🏙️ 👍 Working alongside fellow volunteers, we picked, bagged, and stacked food packs that will soon be distributed, all thanks to the generous donations this incredible charity receives from the community 👏👏👏👏 🚚 🚛 More team members from SUEZ UK Milton Keynes are scheduled to visit and lend a helping hand to Lisa and her team of volunteers this week 💪 🙌 It's great to see such commitment and support! 🙌 #miltonkeynes #suez #volunteering #makingAdifference
