We’ve partnered with SignLive Ltd, to help our deaf customers connect with Monzo directly via British Sign Language 🎉 One in five people in the UK are Deaf or hard of hearing. For many, BSL is their first language, not English. And we think everyone should be able to manage their money easily, in their preferred language. To chat to someone at Monzo using BSL, log into your SignLive app and find and tap on ‘Monzo’ in the directory. They'll connect you with an interpreter, who’ll relay the conversation to one of our customer support team members there and then. VIDEO DESCRIPTION: Monzo logo and SignLive logo appear on screen.
