Progress Update from 144 Kingston Road, Wimbledon. Check out the latest drone footage of this project, designed by Stephen Marshall (Urbanism) Ltd, construction is in full swing for 271 PBSA rooms, set to be delivered by September 2026. It’s been a busy week leading up to Christmas, with Murphy completing piling works by Friday and substation works underway. Looking ahead, we’re gearing up for an eventful year collaborating with our fantastic subcontractors, including Modebest Builders Ltd, Morgan Cass, FP McCann Ltd, RED Systems Limited, and many more! Project Win! 💥🏗️ Morgan Cass is proud to partner with Hollybrook on another exciting new project. We will be handling the full mechanical and electrical (M&E) scope across 271 student rooms at 144 Kingston Road, Wimbledon. Work is set to commence in 2025 on this innovative scheme designed by Stephen Marshall. This redevelopment will transform a currently derelict site into much-needed accommodation for students, while also enhancing the local community. We can't wait to contribute to this project!
