Three things we learnt from the THE BIZX- UK's Biggest Business Event, Awards & Forum this year... (...That have nothing to do with business). Here goes... 🌟 That Liverpool has one amazing venue. 🌟 That we LOVE mingling with other business owners. 🌟 That we were finalists for not one. Not two. But THREE awards! Yes, you read that correctly. THREE! Now that the dust has settled and we have come down from our cloud, we are excited to let you all know that we were finalists, chosen by the esteemed BizX judging panel for the following; 🤳🏼 Best Marketing Campaign 🤗 Best Community Impact 🏆 Best Overall Company It's also no coincidence. You see our team are truly incredible. The whole team at Mosaic works incredibly hard to help change the lives of young people every day. From the admin staff to the marketing team, to the recruitment team and our incredible social work and therapy teams, every single person works as one piece of our Mosaic of professionals with that one goal. To help each child we see. We would award each of our team members with their own trophies if it were down to us. So here's to team Mosaic. And all of the other teams out there working to help children recover from trauma. Special shout out to our coach David Betts for all of your guidance!

Congratulations to my clients Mosaic Foster Care on reaching the final in three categories at the BizX2024 Awards held in Liverpool. They were finalists in the categories: the company making the Best Community Impact, the Best Marketing Campaign and the Best Overall Company. Mosaic were competing against numerous companies to be shortlisted. Being a finalist in these three categories reflects all of the hard work the team members have put in over the last year. The difference Mosaic Foster Care makes to young people's lives is outstanding. Their Marketing Manager, Nadezhda Beaumont, said last year on LinkedIn, "David Betts is a brilliant sounding board to spring ideas off. The UK lost 1 in 8 foster parents last year. But the need for foster families is greater than ever. The number of children and young people needing stable homes is on the rise.
