The Muslim Doctors & Allied Health Professional strongly condemns the ongoing attacks on our healthcare colleagues in Gaza over the past 459 days, including the recent destruction of Kamal Al Adwan Hospital and the abduction of its director, Dr. Hussam Abu Safiyeh. Our colleagues have been working tirelessly under dire conditions, providing the best care possible to their patients amidst what can only be described as a genocide. Many have been martyred, arrested, or subjected to torture. We stand in solidarity with our colleagues and call on the international community to recognize these atrocities and take immediate action to stop these attacks.
