We’re delighted to announce the winner of the IFG Chef of the Year 2025 competition! ✨🏆 A huge congratulations to mark kent, whose exceptional skills and creativity wowed the judges. His winning menu showcased wonderfully cooked peri peri chicken, pico de gallo, sweet potato, and cavolo nero, paired with a delicious toffee and banana sponge with caramelised banana and blackberry cream.
