🚉 London Euston’s five-point plan is making progress in improving your station experience. We’re trialling using the station’s advertising board for live travel information and have installed new, clearer signage. We've also worked with train operators to trial early boarding of Avanti West Coast and London Northwestern Railway services. This initiative has reduced concourse congestion, and we're regularly collecting feedback from passengers for further improvement. Maximising space for passengers to move around within the station is a top priority. Efforts to reduce congestion and free up known pinch points on the concourse are already underway, with the book shop at the eastern side of the station now removed. 🚾 And you can now find extra temporary toilet facilities ahead of the busy Christmas period to meet seasonal demand. We're working on a full refurb of the existing toilets and will share details soon: ➡️ https://lnkd.in/d9d9e3E2 #PuttingPassengersFirst

We're sharing the second safety film from our new Safety Hour campaign, which focuses on conductor rail equipment. We’re helping ensure everyone goes home safe, every day by training and encouraging our industry colleagues to double check procedures, and to make a challenge if something feels off. Electrical safety is a top priority, and as part of our Electrical Safety Delivery Programme, we’ve launched two new safety hour packs that encourages everyone to: 1️⃣ Ask if it’s been isolated 2️⃣ Check if it’s been tested 3️⃣ Challenge if it feels wrong You can download the full safety hour packs here: 👉 https://lnkd.in/e_aiPhnt #MakeAChallengeSaveALife #SafetyHour #AskCheckChallenge #EveryoneHomeSafeEveryDay
