Time for a #ThursdayThanks!🌟 This week, we'd like to thank Alana Rose for donating a collection of physical goods at the Shelter. The veterinary practice where Alana works put together a collection of physical goods for our animals. Donations like this are crucial in ensuring we can continue to provide our animals with the best care possible especially during the harsher winter months. We'd also like to thank Knop Law Primary School for organising a collection for the Shelter. The school kindly donated an array of treats, toys and bedding for our animals! Finally, we'd like to thank, Hays Travel Metrocentre Blue for supporting us with a cash and physical goods donation. This was part of their Christmas Charity Coach Trip and we were chosen as one of the charities to support!

About us
Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter was established in 1896 and helps thousands of lost, unwanted, neglected, abused and abandoned animals every year. Our objective is the promotion of kindness and prevention of cruelty to animals. We reunite lost animals with their owners and find loving new homes for those no longer wanted. We cover the whole of the North East from our two shelters within Newcastle, Claremont Road and Benton North Farm. This page is run by our fundraising team.
