Operating 24/7 from our Aberdeen facilities, our teams deliver industry-leading structural and piping fabrication, supporting the UK’s critical energy infrastructure.  With over 2,000 approved weld procedures and direct quayside access, we execute complex, high-quality work in a demanding environments—all while keeping safety at the forefront. What sets us apart? Our award-winning HSE culture and a proactive approach to risk management. As Operations Director Graeme Gray puts it: "This is a credit to our Onshore Fabrication, QC, and HSE Teams, who maintain a strong safety focus in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering almost 250,000 manhours annually." 🚀 Celebrating Our Emerging Leaders! 🚀 After five months of dedication, collaboration, and growth, nexos’ Emerging Leaders Programme has successfully concluded!  This incredible cohort has demonstrated outstanding commitment, honing their leadership skills and applying them to real-world business challenges. Throughout the programme, participants engaged in masterclasses, interactive workshops, and leadership development sessions, strengthening their confidence and strategic thinking. As part of an active learning project, teams worked to develop business improvement concepts, refining their ideas, gathering insights, and creating proposals aimed at driving real impact across nexos. For their final session, the teams presented their projects to the Senior Leadership Team, showcasing their creativity, problem-solving abilities, and leadership growth.  Each team received valuable feedback to help embed their learning into everyday operations. To celebrate their achievements, the group gathered for a well-earned evening at The Chester Hotel—a moment to reflect, connect, and look ahead to the future. While the programme may have ended, their leadership journey is just beginning. We can’t wait to see how they continue to shape the future of nexos! 👏 #WeAreNexos

We’re excited to share that nexos has joined CATCH and Future Humber, reinforcing our commitment to the Humber region—one of the UK’s most critical energy hubs and a focal point for industrial decarbonisation. As the UK’s highest carbon-emitting industrial cluster, the Humber is leading the way in large-scale CCUS, hydrogen, and industrial cluster transformation.  Engaging with these networks allows us to connect with key stakeholders, share expertise, and play an active role in driving the transition forward. This move follows our recent acquisition of OSL Consulting Engineers, a Humber-based specialist engineering consultancy with expertise in concept studies, FEED packages and design validation. Their capabilities strengthen our position as we continue to support major decarbonisation projects across the region and beyond. We’re looking forward to working alongside industry leaders to bridge the gap between traditional and emerging energy sectors—bringing fresh thinking, agile solutions, and practical expertise to the UK’s evolving energy landscape.
