Sustainability has been at the core of our business since 2020. We strongly believe that for any organisation to impact the world truly, it must shift its perspective and contribute to the United Nations Goals on Climate Change in all possible ways. Since starting our sustainability journey in 2020, over the past four years, we have concentrated on evolving our practices, setting policies, and fostering a Green Team and a culture focused on sustainability. In the decade from 2024 onward, our goal is to significantly reduce emissions as we progress towards Net Zero. Guess who visited our #ElmbrookCourt Care Home? Norman the Donkey, the home's favourite animal, and two other special guests! Everyone was so happy to see him visiting for Christmas; the residents interacted with him, sharing laughter and gentle moments. Bear and Twinkle, the adorable Shetland ponies, joined Norman and added even more charm to the visit. The trio created a wonderful atmosphere, reminding the residents and team members of the simple pleasures that animals can bring to their lives.
