Just one month into the delivery of my brand new electric vehicle, another driver reverse collided into my passenger side last Friday. Thankfully nobody was hurt and the damage to the car can be repaired. The whole event was really upsetting and traumatic and Hannah from Octopus EV team was a fantastic support for me throughout the afternoon. Not even 12 hours later a knock on the door with a delivery of flowers and a personalised card form Hannah and the OEV team.
