Santa Joana is the flagship restaurant at the all-new Locke de Santa Joana hotel in Lisbon. Led by internationally acclaimed chef and culinary director Nuno Mendes, the menu respects tradition, showcasing the evolution of Portuguese gastronomy. There could be no better concept to be housed within the stunning walls of this former 17th century convent which was sensitively restored and designed to celebrate the original features. As brand design partner to White Rabbit Projects, One Another mirrored this approach with the design of an expressive identity that incorporates a contemporary interpretation of the arched window keystone decoration as a secondary marque. The brand colour palette was also inspired by the same original marble, creating harmony between the environment and all brand touchpoints.   Perhaps the perfect alignment of environment, brand, menu and ultimately experience?
