Your support and engagement have been invaluable as we continue to drive real progress toward workplace gender equality. This year, we’ve achieved some incredible milestones together: Launched the WE+ Measure – our groundbreaking framework that helps organisations evaluate and advance their gender equity practices. Partnered with the Balance in Business Awards 2025 – shining a light on organisations leading the way in gender balance and inclusivity. Addressed key structural barriers – advocating for flexible working, fair benefits, and equal opportunities for all genders. Every step we take is powered by a shared vision of a fairer, more inclusive future – and we couldn’t do it without you. We really do need louder voices for all women. One Loud Voice exists to ensure every, single women is heard, supported and empowered. We need fearless women and brave men to help bring about change in the workplace. So we say, bring on the 'middle-class women of a certain age'.
