Embracing a 4-day work week might be more than just a trend. If done right, in certain cases, it can be a strategic decision that can revolutionize the way we work.
By prioritizing productivity, well-being, and efficiency, companies can create a more sustainable and fulfilling work environment for their staff.
📊 According to recent research, companies that have adopted a 4-day work week have reported a significant boost in productivity. Employees have been found to be more focused and motivated, resulting in higher efficiency, enhanced operational performance, and a positive work environment.

Transparent communication is key when implementing a new work schedule. Keep your employees informed about the transition, address any concerns or questions, and ensure that everyone understands the expectations and guidelines.
3️⃣ Set Realistic Goals:
Establish realistic goals and performance metrics to evaluate the impact of the shorter work week. Monitor progress regularly and make adjustments as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
4️⃣ Promote Flexibility:
Embrace flexibility in scheduling to accommodate different working styles and preferences. Offer options such as remote work, flexible hours, or compressed work weeks to enable employees to achieve work-life balance.

4dGreat article. 1LV is a much needed force for good. And I look forward to supporting you in the future. In recent years I learned that, in speaking up for abused women (and other minorities), I was ignored, labeled a “difficult woman”, threatened and sidelined, in an organisation whose leaders abused their power. But if that makes me “one the fearless ones… the changemakers, the risk takers, and the role models for the generations that follow” then I’d do it all over again. Authenticity and courage trumps fear.
