#Louder Together A New Year’s Wish from One Loud Voice As a new year begins, We dream of a world where equality wins. Where women and men stand side by side; Together we flourish, with nothing to hide. With WE+ Measure we lead the call, Building bridges that help lift us all. Helping leaders see and strive For workplaces where all can thrive. Imagine a world where no one’s confined By roles or rules that limit the mind. Where collaboration replaces the fight, And shared respect is our guiding light. A future where gender is not a divide, Where people uplift, not push aside. Men as allies, women as peers, Breaking down barriers built through the years. So here's to 2025, a year to unite, To work together for what is right. With One Loud Voice, let’s take a stand, For an equitable world, hand in hand.

We Exist To Amplify Your Voice. We are #LouderTogether #OneLoudVoiceForWomen
About us
One Loud Voice for Women is an organisation designed to make the workplace better for women. We do this by coordinating the huge numbers of women's networks in the UK and putting their voices behind critical campaigns designed to make a difference. Via these networks we can represent the voices of 100,000 women. The idea for 1LV came when members of International women’s Forum UK (IWF UK) were discussing the agenda for women. There was a shared frustration that despite much progress, there are still so many major obstacles to women achieving equality a work. As a result IWF UK joined ranks with other well-known women’s networks to begin the process of bringing voices and networks together. The focus of 1LV is on engagement with networks representing women at all levels of seniority in the UK workforce. We represent women in the workforce and aim to influence employers and hiring managers so that organisational culture, policies and practices accelerate opportunities for women to succeed and help achieve gender equality. 1LV is not political. 1LV is not a membership organisation. 1LV raises money through sponsorship and philanthropic donations. We want to enhance the voices of the women’s groups already campaigning for gender equality in the workplace.

Speaking up shouldn't mean risking it all. Too many women face backlash when they stand against power abuses. At 1LV, we amplify voices and empower women to bring about lasting workplace change. Let's be fearless together! 💪 #VoicesForWomen #WorkplaceEquality #BreakTheSilence #WOACA

Season’s Greetings from One Loud Voice! As 2024 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank all our supporters and friends for being part of our journey, past and present. Your support and engagement have been invaluable as we continue to drive real progress toward workplace gender equality. This year, we’ve achieved some incredible milestones together: Launched the WE+ Measure – our groundbreaking framework that helps organisations evaluate and advance their gender equity practices. Partnered with the Balance in Business Awards 2025 – shining a light on organisations leading the way in gender balance and inclusivity. Addressed key structural barriers – advocating for flexible working, fair benefits, and equal opportunities for all genders. Every step we take is powered by a shared vision of a fairer, more inclusive future – and we couldn’t do it without you. Wishing you a joyful and restful festive season, and a New Year filled with progress, purpose, and hope. With gratitude and warm wishes, The One Loud Voice Team
