🌟 Team Day Out at RockWater, Hove 🌟 A team reset day is more than just a break – it’s about fostering creativity, strengthening bonds, and igniting fresh energy for the challenges ahead. When the team feels supported and refreshed, they bring their best selves to everything they do. Last week, the Oner Active team took a much-needed break in the beautiful Hove to recharge and refocus for the week ahead. From a creative painting class and a peaceful walk along the beach to a rejuvenating sound bath, we made sure to nourish both body and mind. A key highlight from the day was an inspiring talk by mountaineer and motivational speaker, Bonita Norris, who shared her insights on tapping into your inner strength and pushing past limits. We felt inspired to push past self-doubt and embrace challenges with a positive, growth-oriented mindset. The talk ignited a sense of confidence in our ability to achieve more, both personally and professionally. We can’t wait for our next team day out! ❤️

We recently held our October Town Hall at Oner Active HQ hosted by our CEO Zach Duane and Co-Founder Krissy Cela. We take this time to highlight what’s on the horizon for Oner Active, discuss exciting projects and of course show our appreciation for all the hard work the team has done. After our Town Hall, we hosted a team lunch followed by an F45 class to get our bodies moving - we love coming together to inspire and motivate each other for the journey ahead! 💪

🎉 Excited to be featured in Women's Fitness Magazine! Earlier in September, we celebrated our fourth birthday in Los Angeles and launched our limited-edition, Legendary Capsule. We always pride ourselves on creating gymwear that is designed to empower and inspire every fitness journey and the Legendary Capsule aims to do that exactly, with carefully designed pieces that help accentuate curves, muscles and physique. Oner Active is proud to sponsor The Krissy Cela Schools Initiative: Project Power. We know that physical activity is crucial for health and wellbeing, building confidence and developing lifelong healthy habits - Yet, many young girls experience feelings of discomfort or embarrassment in their PE classes, often missing out on the joy and benefits of movement. That’s where Project Power steps in. Project Power strives to help all young girls to feel empowered through movement; The initiative helps these teens feel confident whilst moving by providing supportive activewear and a free sports bra. Shockingly only 36% of girls aged 11-18 wear a sports bra when participating in PE or sport at school, with more than two-thirds (69% admitting they cannot jump or run about freely (Women In Sport 2023). This is where we come in. Since the initiative first kicked off in June 2023, we have given 3,657 kits to school students, this includes: a sports bra, pair of leggings and oversized t-shirt. Already the initiative has had great feedback, the students we gifted feel the activewear has given them more confidence, and therefore they’re more willing to engage in PE. As well as donating kit - Six of our incredible PT qualified Athletes have been present at the workshops, leading the workouts, presentation and Q&A sessions, as well as supporting the girls with safe form when learning new movements. A women-led and women-only workshop creates a safe and supportive environment where the girls can really thrive. In honour of International Day of the Girl on 11th October and Period Action Day on 12th October, we’re sharing an update on our ongoing commitment to help drive period positivity. As part of our Period Poverty Awareness Week 2024 activities earlier this year, we collaborated with the award-winning charity Days for Girls UK (DfG), donating the equivalent of 500 of their menstrual kits to help girls and women around the world.   Since then, DfG has visited three schools in Camanongue, East Angola, and distributed 230 of the kits, which support girls for up to five years. In addition to the DfG kits, the girls received more than an hour of menstrual health education, delivered in conjunction with DfG’s local partners, the Associacao Nacional De Ajuda Humanitaria (ANAH). DfG will continue to use the remainder of our donation to provide girls and women with access to menstrual products. During the course of Period Poverty Awareness Week 2024, we also posted a series of educational videos on our social platforms, creating safe spaces for our community to share their experiences and discover more about period poverty. In celebration and honour of Hispanic Heritage Month, we proudly hosted a special event dedicated to the histories, cultures, and contributions of the Hispanic community - STRONGER TOGETHER x HISPANIC HERITAGE EVENT At Oner Active, we believe in the importance of listening to and supporting our diverse community. When our Hispanic Athletes expressed the significance of this month to them, we knew we had to take action. Our goal... to create a space where our Hispanic community could come together, share their culture, and celebrate their heritage through the power of strength training. This event was designed to provide a safe and empowering environment where women could connect, lift, and inspire each other. Oner Active remains committed to supporting its diverse community by fostering inclusivity and unity 🤝 🏋♀️ ✨
