Turning startups into national brands over 19 years. Cannes Gold Lion winners. Take a leap down the rabbit hole…🐇

I only date Germans. Be honest - that made you stop scrolling and think, umm wtf? And that was the point. In a world overflowing with content, grabbing attention isn’t just hard. It’s everything. We rebranded and launched this campaign for dua.com, a fast growing dating app. It went viral. ➞ Reposted on Twitter, hitting 8 million views and thousands of new app downloads…the same day. Yes, some people found it offensive. But that’s how they wanted to stand out, make noise, and create real impact in a crowded market. Now the question is: how will your idea grab attention and hit the market? Startups don’t just grow by chance. They grow by taking bold, calculated risks. And if you are ready to make that move let’s connect. (\_/) (•_•) / > ps: I might have something which can help get you started.

Amazing content here from Anthony Rose from SeedLegals

You had an idea for a startup. You've been working on it for a few months... then you meet someone who would be the perfect co-founder (which you dearly need). How much equity should you give them? 50% so you're equal partners? 5% because it was your idea? It's a tough problem! I think many founders get it wrong by over-valuing the time put in so far, and under-valuing the value that will be put in over the next 5 years. I call it the "Back To The Future" method of co-founder equity allocation, this video explains the idea - I'd love your thoughts!

Must Read ! The one thing I would add is to make sure you're truly aligned on the vision and values from the very beginning. Avoid co-founders who seem great on paper but don't share your core mission. A small disagreement on whether someone wants to IPO and Exit or move to SF instead of staying in Europe could be a dealbreaker sometimes. Values, Political beliefs and Religion could as well play a huge impact !

    Co-Founder & CEO at Hotbed

Having worked with 3,000+ startups by this point, Perdie Alder and I have heard our fair share of co-founder horror stories. Here's how to avoid the common pitfalls: 1) Get it in writing. Never, ever skip a founders agreement & a vesting schedule. Never never never. (At Hotbed, we used SeedLegals and you can do it in just a few minutes). 2) Be your co-founder's biggest cheerleader. You're not in competition with your co-founder. Your co-founder *should* be better than you at many things (Perdie Alder is the QUEEN of ops 👑 ). This means you're a good team. Their win is your win and most importantly, your company's win. 3) Assume best intent. When you're moving fast, it's natural you two might step on each others' toes a little. Trust your co-founder enough to know that they're trying to do what is best for the startup. 4) Define roles. This is obvious but took us probably longer than we'd like to admit to do. At the beginning, we both wanted to be involved in everything, but wow - do things move faster when you divide and conquer. 5) Treat it like you'd treat any other relationship that matters to you. It's better to over-communicate, than risk leaving important things unsaid.

"My co-founder has left, what should happen to their shares?"... is a question that, sadly, gets asked too frequently in founder chat groups. So I made this video to outline the choices you have. Assuming you've created Founder Agreements on SeedLegals then you would look to those agreements for how to cancel or transfer the unvested shares. Or just message our SeedLegals team to help.

CEO of ONLYFOUNDERS ➡️ Helping you Find CoFounders

I cannot stand this : Working on OnlyFounders, We've heard a lot of people say: “I have a great idea; I just need a co-founder.” But here’s the truth: An idea isn’t enough—it has to be *our* idea for a partnership to thrive. Want a co-founder who’s in it for the long run? It’s about more than just pitching an exciting concept. Building a successful team takes: → A shared commitment where both founders truly believe in the vision   → Collaborative decisions that give each founder ownership of the journey   → Recognizing that the strength of the team, not the idea, drives success   → A foundation of trust and respect that fuels every tough decision   → The understanding that great partnerships are what bring ideas to life Ask yourself: Are you just looking for someone to help with your idea? OR, Are you creating a vision that’s strong enough to be *their* idea too? A co-founder isn’t there to support a solo dream—they’re there to build something extraordinary together. P.S. If this resonates, share it with someone who’s searching for the right partner. And if you are Looking for a CoFounders : www.onlyfounders.app
