Do you enjoy organising and working as part of a team? We are forming a new food sorting team on a Monday morning (10am-12pm) to support our community food bank, and we’d love your help! As a volunteer, you’ll help to restock our shelves, sort through food donations, and organise fresh and canned items to ensure our food bank is well-prepared to serve people in need. It’s a hands-on role that directly supports local families and individuals who rely on our services. If you’re organised, proactive, and eager to make a difference, this role is perfect for you! No previous experience is needed, just a willingness to help and a positive attitude. There’s still time to support our Acts of Kindness Appeal and help make this festive season brighter for individuals and families in need. Together with One Church and Love Your Neighbour, we’re creating 200 special Christmas hampers to bless our community this winter. Could you help to fill out hampers? We’re collecting sweet treats such as chocolate selection boxes, tubes of sweets and chocolate oranges to include in these hampers.
