These include private rented sector buy to let, commercial and semi-commercial mortgages, residential development finance, bespoke and specialist residential lending, secured funding lines and asset finance. Predominantly funded by retail savings originated through online and direct channels, The Group originates almost all of its organic lending through specialist intermediaries. It’s differentiated through its use of highly skilled, bespoke underwriting and efficient operating model. The majority of the Group’s administrative support functions are performed by its wholly owned operations in Bangalore, India.

Friends of Di’s Kitchen, a voluntary organisation that aims to provide free weekly food for those in need across Wolverhampton, has been awarded The King's Award for Voluntary Service. This is the highest award a local voluntary group can receive in the UK and is equivalent to an MBE 🏆 It has been our privilege to support their mission through our volunteering and Good Causes Fund programmes, with OSB Group volunteers using 422 hours to give back and £500 in donations in 2024.
