As the year draws to a close we have this week had the final two CQR’s for the year for Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes on their dual branded development at Treledan Saltash. Fantastic results with top scores of 6’s achieved for the 2nd fixes, 1st fixes, roofs and joists viewed. Amazing work from all the carpenter’s involved on these projects 👌

Two fantastic NHBC CQRs recieved today from our Linden Homes and Bovis Homes sites for Vistry Group on the Cornish Quarter dual branded development at Wadebridge. Scores of 5’s and 6’s across all stages viewed on both sites which is an excellent achievement, especially during this extremely busy period. Top work from all involved on these developments.

Big thank you to Oli and his team for the “Contractor of the Month” award for October for the Bloor Homes Filham Chase development. “Contractor of the month this month is P Deare Carpentry for quick responses to issues on site and managing to keep up with an increase in pace on the approach to Xmas. It’s been another busy couple of weeks with NHBC CQR’s being carried out on our sites for Bloor Homes at Filham Chase, Vistry Group Alphington Parcel 15 and Vistry Group Haldon Reach. Fantastic set of scores achieved across all sites with plenty of 5’s and 6’s accomplished. Excellent work by all in involved.

Warning: Looking this good in a sponsored football coat may cause envy! We are extremely proud to be sponsoring Bideford’s under-9’s football team. In fact, we have been told the team are equally as proud, and love to wear them to school, and for other social activities. Having started our first ever relationship with the house build industry in North Devon, building a strong team ourselves over the years, we felt privileged to be asked. It’s great to be able to show back our support, loyalty and commitment to North Devon as a contractor.
