Elina is part of the Design team at Pactio, helping to shape the Pactio product from research through to ideation, iteration, testing, and refinement 🎨 What did you do before Pactio? I was a product designer in the Human-centred design team at KPMG. I have a passion for advocating for users, creating and maintaining high visual standards and turning complex concepts into simple solutions. Why did you join Pactio? The energy, passion, and determination to challenge the status quo were clear in every conversation. It felt like joining a tribe of people who believe in doing things differently and pushing boundaries. That’s why I knew Pactio was the right choice for me! What's been your proudest Pactio moment? During a user testing session, we unveiled a solution to one of their biggest workflow challenges. The reaction was immediate—everyone asked, "When can we get this?" I used to work at KPMG, in financial services audit. I've experienced first-hand the benefits which automation and tech solutions can bring in the professional services industry. Why did you join Pactio? It was clear from my first call with Pactio that they were onto something – given the quality of the technology and the team, it seemed their impact on the private markets' tech stack was going to be significant. I was excited to be part of that journey! What's your favourite thing about Pactio? I absolutely love getting stuck into a bit of everything. Yet post-closing, information on holding structures and ownership usually lives in an unreliable patchwork of Sharepoint folders and legacy systems. We’ve heard of firms realizing they’ve forgotten about entire share classes in the days leading up to exit.
