Grâce au projet CDG Express, une nouvelle liaison ferroviaire directe entre la Gare de l’Est à Paris et l’Aéroport Paris-Charles de Gaulle sera mise en service en 2027. Ce projet comprend la création par SNCF Réseau de nouvelles plateformes de voie, dont 8 km de linéaire de voie sur dalle béton. Pandrol contribue à cette réalisation emblématique avec la fourniture d’un nouveau système de fixation de rail sur selle pour voie sur dalle béton : les systèmes ADH MVG4, intégrés à la gamme des produits Pandrol « Bonded Baseplate ». Ces systèmes combinent avantageusement souplesse de la voie ainsi que facilités de pose et de maintenance, tout en intégrant des composants en partie issus de la revalorisation de déchets en matière plastique. Grâce à ces systèmes, l’espace laissé libre entre les deux files de rail est également augmenté, ce qui facilitera les opérations de maintenance et les éventuelles interventions de secours. Environ 25 000 systèmes ADH MVG4 ont été livrés par Pandrol pour les différentes sections de la future ligne CDG Express.

We are among the top 5% of sustainable businesses worldwide and have been recognised with a further ‘Advanced’ award for carbon management. Contributions to this accolade include several of our products designed with environmentally friendly solutions in mind. Products such as the Sustainable Resilient Systems (SRS) range, designed to reduce track vibration and reduce the need for regular maintenance, are manufactured using old tyres with 90% of the materials used in the process being recycled.
