𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘇𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟴% 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆. We’ve been awarded the Bronze medal by EcoVadis, ranking in the top 18% of all assessed companies. Compared to companies in our category general-purpose machinery we have even ranked top 8%. Every year we participate in the Ecovadis assessments as we want to be transparent to the outside world and want to be able to hold ourselves accountable. Our Sustainable Development Goals are not for show and the Ecovadis medal shows us if we’re on track. Happily, we have been improving every year, with a huge leap of five points this past year. Talking the walk vs walking the talk.   Today we recognize movements in our commitment to sustainability as we release our 2024 Sustainability Report Update. Our approach is to be grounded and deliberate about identifying and then acting on opportunities that enable us to make glass packaging even more sustainable. Our strategy is rooted in proven, scalable technologies, as well as marquee innovations – like the hybrid furnace we’re bringing to France in 2025.    Beyond innovating the glass-making process, partnering across the value chain and strategically building local recycling systems across our footprint, we’re transforming our glass packaging offering as well.     ✔️B0 Estampe – Our glass wine bottle with a carbon footprint and reduction plan certified by the Carbon Trust. It’s 22% lighter than the average wine bottle in the French market.    ✔️Globally, our lightweighting efforts saved 24,000 tons of glass and more than 48,000 MWh of energy    ✔️Working with our customers to (re)develop returnable, refillable glass bottles    ✔️Enabling true circular and local economy with Cento per Cento Sicilia (also called the 100% Sicily bottle). The wine bottle is made in Sicily for Sicily with at least 90% locally recycled content      Every step towards a more sustainable future matters.
