Organisational structure matters Al structure that enables a transparent flow of information is critical to empower others. Consider the Regulator See the regulator as a customer and as a partner. The whole business is going through so much change. Payments is lumpy Why don't you get paid every working minute? Why isn't money flowing at the same rate as your effort?
