Whether you're a regular runner or just getting started, this event is the perfect opportunity to get moving and support us. If you know someone who has been affected by H.I.E. (Hypoxic-Ischaemic Encephalopathy), please do point them in our direction. The majority of people haven’t heard of #HIE until it happens to them or a loved one. It can feel like you’re the only ones in the world, and adds to the fear and isolation. We’re here with gentle support and a community of families who “get it”. Please message at any time 💛

We’re sending extra love to those families who are currently in hospital - it’s never easy, and we hope that little (and big) ones are soon feeling better and back home. A gentle reminder that we have our Coffee Pot - it was set up after we had suggestions from families, and is an easy way to nominate yourself or someone you know in hospital to receive a voucher. A cup of coffee and piece of cake, sent with love, may not sound like much to some, but we know that it can make a difference at a difficult time.
