𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 - 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆. The project entailed four new build, four-storey townhouses within the student residential village, located in the existing Ashcroft development at Birmingham’s Edgbaston campus. The complex roof design required a robust ventilation solution. Permavent APEX air open and vapour permeable membrane was specified to provide the ventilation requirements within the complicated roof space.
