Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay# It’s ok not to be ok! The Office of National Statistics published suicide data for England (2023) – 5656 suicides were registered in 2023. This is 372 more than in 2022. The male suicide rate was 17.1 per 100,000, compared to a female suicide rate of 5.6 per 100,000. Whether you’re battling in silent or know someone who is, you should never feel alone, pick up the phone and call someone. Mental Health plays the most important role in suicide prevention, here at Phoenix Consulting we have Mental Health First Aiders offering support to those in need. #WorldSuicidePreventionDay# #MentalHealthMatters#

The Phoenix Consulting team 'took aim' at their quarterly forum and Team Building event last week, hosted by LEISURE MATTERS (ROBOTSOCCER) LIMITED in Eversley. Rather than sitting through another set of slides, we all had a fantastic afternoon trying our skills at archery, shooting and axe throwing. Great training for 'dispute resolution' and a well needed opportunity to relax and have fun, as well as figuring out who was the most competitive in the team!

A Successful Charity Challenge for Phoenix!!   On Saturday, some of our team from Phoenix Consulting took on the Total Warrior! The day entailed a 12k run inclusive of 25 obstacles, 10 tonnes of ice and a whole lot of mud and dirty water!!! Thankfully the sun was in our favor!   All for a great cause supporting our charities which were nominated by the team. Each charity is incredible and does awesome work to help the people affected by each cause. These included: #CruseBereavement #FriendsofSerenity #ProstateCancerUK All in all, Phoenix consulting raised over £700! Great causes and a great day out for the team!
