We've expanded our coverage in Essex and Suffolk! A great post by Charli Jackson a couple of weeks ago regarding 'plateaus in rehabilitation' has really resonated in the team. "What seems like a plateau is often a sign that the approach or intensity needs adjustment, not that progress is impossible." Rehabilitation should be a process of constant evaluation, and it's misguided to think that we will always land on the perfect solution first time when each person is so different. It's really important to reflect on progress, even when it's going well, to take stock and see what else can be done. We like the analogy of maze, where you sometimes hit a dead end and have to change direction, but you're ultimately always gradually working towards completion.
