What a busy and inspiring week it’s been! Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the PMW Awards with the brilliant Beth Rosser. It was a fantastic event, and I got to meet some amazing people, including Noelle Runo (pictured here)! A huge thank you to Samantha Johnston for the invite. It was a night to celebrate the exceptional work in performance marketing. I also had the honour of attending the first-ever PMW Diversity Steering Committee. It was an incredibly insightful session where we delved into some crucial topics: 💼 Hiring Practices: We discussed how we can elevate our industry standards and make recruitment more inclusive and effective. ✨ AI in Performance Marketing: The impact AI is having and how it will affect the future of Performance Marketing It was great to meet a like minded and passionate group: Issy Chambury Andrew Goldsmith Rob Jackson Serlina Boyd Robin Langford Joseph Arthur Jyoti Rambhai.
