We have been following our passion for technology, house design and innovation as self-builders by creating unique contemporary homes for ourselves since 2007. Pivot Developments aims to embrace sustainable design and a fabric first approach. Utilising construction methods and technology we build low impact, energy efficient living spaces in unique environments which positively enhance occupants wellbeing. We are currently involved in building high quality, low impact, energy efficient properties in the Surrey and West Sussex areas of the UK.
