When you’ve worked at Pizza Pilgrims for 5 years we give our teams a 4 week sabbatical fully paid, as a token of our appreciation for their hard work and dedication. Here’s Mark, Simon, and Antimo. Three of our longest serving General Managers about to board their plane where they’ll be spending their sabbatical in South America. Needless to say - they’ll be enjoying every minute. And very well deserved 👌.
About us
After a 6 week "Pilgrimage" driving our 3-wheeled Piaggio Ape van back from Italy, we are now making authentic Neapolitan pizzas across Central London, Oxford, Cambridge, Nottingham & (sometimes sunny) Brighton .

Our brand new Comms and Learning app went live today, powered by our friends All Gravy. It’s been such an amazing project. Big shout out to Tali Greenberg Rasmussen, Jonatan Marc Rasmussen, Frederik Gabriel, Hayley Kyle, Sonja Dickers, Shaw Morgan, Leanne Gunson, and the magicians behind the scenes. After a sleepless night, over 50% activation rate in the first hour started the day perfectly. It’s a huge enhancement to how we connect, learn, and digitalise the culture we’re so proud of 🫶 Pizza Pilgrims

Jessica Rowe is getting ready for an 8,000 mile row across the Pacific Ocean from Peru to Australia. Yes - you read that right... 8,000 miles! We had our General Managers Huddle this week and invited Jess to come and tell us all about it. Needless to say, she left us inspired and a little speechless. The current training programme, logistics, and the hurdles they're preparing for which they think will take 6 months. Her last row was 3,000 miles, racing across the Atlantic. Add another 5,000 miles on to that, It's going to be an amazing achievement. If you'd like to follow their journey and show your support, follow the link 👇 https://lnkd.in/eFPh8ftD Good luck from us all at Pizza Pilgrims, Jess!

Don't apply to join Pizza Pilgrims. You'll end up dreaming about pizza, eating too much pizza, constantly talk about pizza, have meetings with pizza, and hear endless puns about pizza. But check out the reasons why you'll love it. We're looking for some new team mates to join us. See our vacancies to get a slice of the action 👇 https://lnkd.in/etRcfETx

This is Andrea. 👨🍳🍕 Joined us about 3 years ago, tail end of the madness of Covid. Came in with bags of experience 💪, truckload more character 😂 and endless skill 🫡 Had a bumpy HC training period with us during which nobody covered themselves in glory. 😬🤨 Even yours truly just about gave up on him. 😟 And yet. Perseverance is a value well appreciated, though often overlooked. Here is Andrea 2.0 in 2025. 🥳👏 Taken over one of our earliest and most beloved sites in one of the busiest areas. If you want to try my favourite pizza in London, head over to Pizza Pilgrims Shoreditch and watch Andrea in action. 🏆🕺🏻 #hospitality #pizza #food #people #goodfood #goodpeople

Here's Kara. She's just been promoted to General Manager of our pizzeria at Camden. That's the home of our very own Pizza Academy. To be honest, since joining us a year or so ago we've been teeing up this move. It's the perfect match! Congratulations, Kara (you legend!). Here's to making people happier one pizza at a time.

If you haven't heard, we're opening a a brand new pizzeria in Edinburgh. This means we're on the look out for people to join our mission; making people happier one pizza at a time. 11 years ago Thom and James started their pilgrimage by driving a Piaggio Ape around Naples for six weeks learning how to make pizza from some of the best Neapolitan pizza chefs. If you think that sounds as ridiculously cool as we do, then you'll fit right in here. There's a whole load of reasons that you'll love working at Pizza Pilgrims... - We're a BCORP which means we do the right things, for the right reasons. - You'll get more free pizza than you can imagine. - There's endless career opportunities with our very own Pizza Academy to support your learning. - A bunch of time out of the pizzeria's for supplier trips, feedback sessions, company parties, volunteer days & happiness days. ... and so much more. If you'd like a slice of the action click below to find out more. https://lnkd.in/e7hWx9uJ Pizz&Love 🫶
