We are actively seeking a talented individual to lead Food & Beverage across 3 sites in Plymouth
Location: Plymouth Life Centre, Tinside Lido and Mount Wise Swimming Pools
Contract type: 37 hours per week as required
Salary Range: £34,554 to £37,182 Per Annum
Your role:
We are looking for someone who holds and enjoys maintaining high standards, with keen attention to detail.
You will have a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front, while keeping your guests at the heart of everything that you do.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure the smooth operational running of the F&B outlets to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for the guests.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team, leading and evolving the Food and Beverage operations at the Plymouth Life Centre, Tinside Lido & Mount Wise Swimming Pools
You will be responsible for effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances.
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
Experience Required:
*Truly passionate about the Hospitality and Leisure Industry
*2 years experience in a Food & Beverage Managerial role
*5 years experience in a Hospitality or Leisure setting
*Experience in delivering catering for events from 50 to 500 is preferred
*Strong leadership and motivational skills that are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members.
*Excellent personal presentation.
*Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
*Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
*Ability to function independently with minimum supervision.
*Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
*Strong leadership and motivational skills that are capable of nurturing, developing, and inspiring team members.
*Menu development including cost and stock analysis
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Qualifications:
Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred
Catering qualifications to monitor kitchen hygiene standards and assist the
kitchen with menu planning/budgeting
Personal License Holder is preferred
