⚡️PMP’s new crib!⚡️ One of our goals of 2024 was to look after our own home at Edinburgh HQ located at📍115 George Street, Edinburgh. 🏢 Following the refurbishment of our Glasgow and Manchester offices, and after 30+years of providing building surveying, project management and cost management for our clients, we decanted a number of weeks ago and now we have returned to our stunning new modern office. 🏗️ Our DIY SOS was provided by: ⚡️MPACT Group - main contractor ⚡️Hencal - office furniture  ⚡️Arcudio Ltd - Interior Designer ⚡️To Sam Hepburn at Nespresso UK for our new coffee machine! ⚡️And David McKenna on the Drone 📷 Thanks to the full team for their support and hard work. ⚡️We have moved to new premises in Manchester, ahead of our latest recruitment drive⚡️ Our Manchester team has moved into its new home following strong growth in the market. The prime city centre location will enable PMP to house its expanding team, which is currently looking to make a senior appointment as well as new team members to increase our strong presence in the area. Speaking of the move, Ben Walker, said: “PMP has gone from strength to strength in recent years, and I’m proud to say that the Manchester team has played a crucial role in the recent successes. I’m confident that, in our new space, we attract more top-tier talent and continue to flourish in the industry. “The Pinnacle offers us a more central space to meet current and prospective clients, with better facilities to suit our business needs and a bigger space to house future employees. I’m excited to see who joins us in the future.” Our expansion follows strong growth for our award-winning team in Manchester which celebrated five years in the area this year. MD Stewart Rutherford Announcement: ⚡️PMP’s Christopher Hay and David McKenna are among two of our most recent promotions as we continue our strategy of getting the best PMP people to represent and deliver our projects and instructions.⚡️   For those who don’t know Chris is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager that has been with PMP since late 2017. As a senior member of the Edinburgh Projects Team his experience in the construction industry is varied and he has been instrumental in assisting with a number of projects in the commercial property sector, predominantly in industrial and distribution, office and also high end residential sectors.   Core to PMP’s purpose is that we are a trusted partner in the property industry to those who rely on our services to deliver solutions and drive projects forward. Chris represents this for us at PMP and his trust, professionalism, and ability to use his expertise, as well as being an exceptional conversationalist at our many events, ensures that we were delighted to recognise the strength he brings to PMP and up his wages and title!   Aside from work, Chris’ claim to fame will always be that he played for Scottish Universities Under 20’s Rugby Squad and set two swim records as well as the Javelin record at Senior School. However as proud as we are of his achievements, we sincerely hope that he can now carve out a new legacy for himself as a Project Director; congratulations Chris!   ⚡️Now David McKenna.⚡️ David McKenna is a Chartered Building Surveyor in our Edinburgh team.   When David is not behind the camera, steadily trying to carve out a career as a content producer, he is a Building Surveyor who has grown in experience since starting as a summer intern at PMP.
