A healthcare communications agency prioritising both business needs and working styles to deliver work that pops

About us

We are a healthcare communications agency founded upon the Power Of Partnerships (POP). We’re experts in creatively communicating science and building professional chemistry, and we prioritise both. Because when a client and agency truly click, that's when the work really pops. Equally important to us are the partnerships we forge within our team. We believe that building meaningful working relationships with our team helps to increase the the joy we take in our work, and our effectiveness at delivering communications programmes that make a difference. POP Health can service strategy and implementation with creative flair at a local and global scale, across all areas of healthcare communications; from disease awareness, patient advocacy, product/corporate, internal communications, and issues management.

  • 🎉 2025, we’re ready for you! …but first, a moment to reflect. As we wrap up an incredible year, we want to share our heartfelt thanks: 💛 To our clients – We wouldn’t be here without you. Your trust and collaboration are the foundation of everything we do, enabling us to deliver work that pops. 💛 To our POPstars – You are the creative heartbeat of everything we achieve. Your passion, care, and brilliance drive our success every day. 💛 To our friends and supporters – Your encouragement and belief in us keep us inspired and motivated to do our best work. This year, our Joy to Life mission has guided us – bringing energy, creativity, and meaning to every partnership, project, and patient story. 2025 is around the corner, and we can’t wait to keep the momentum going with more bold ideas, transformative collaborations, and, of course, plenty of joy. Wishing you a happy, healthy holiday season and an inspiring year ahead. Let’s make 2025 extraordinary! #JoyToLife #HealthcareCommunications #Partnerships

  • Joy thrives where great partnerships begin! 💫   Today, we’re celebrating our incredible client partners — the heart of the Power Of Partnerships and a key pillar of our Joy to Life mission. 💛   At POP Health, we believe joy is a two-way street. Bringing joy to life means not only finding inspiration and delight in the work we do but also creating the same for our clients. This feedback is a wonderful reminder of the reciprocal joy that comes from doing excellent work together.   But don't just take our word for it — check out what our client partners had to say in the video below.   What sparks joy in your work? Share the moments that light up your day in the comments — we’d love to hear them!   #JoyToLife #Partnerships #ClientLove

  • Who knew planning for the future could be this fizzy? 🍾 Last week, the POP Health team escaped to the beautiful Surrey countryside for an away day filled with reflection, connection, and (of course) bubbles. We kicked off the day planning how we can bring even more Joy to Life in 2024 — exploring what makes us and our clients fizz with excitement. Then, we swapped strategy for champagne, diving into a tasting session that perfectly captured the POP spirit: bold, sparkling, and unforgettable. At POP, we believe joy starts with our team. When we take time to laugh, bond, and dream big together, we set the stage for creativity and collaboration that truly shines. Here’s to a bright, joyful year ahead—cheers to that! 🥂 #JoyToLife #TeamBuilding #FizzWithPurpose #HealthcareComms

  • 🎄 Tis the season for joy… and the perfect time to launch our ‘Joy to Life’ mission! 🎄 At POP Health, we believe that joy doesn’t belong to just one season – it’s the heart of everything we do, all year round. This December, as we celebrate the launch of our new ‘Joy to Life’ web page, we’re on a mission to spread a little extra joy. So, what does ‘Joy to Life’ mean to us? ✨ Joy through partnerships – We create meaningful partnerships with our clients, team members, and collaborators to achieve extraordinary results. Together, we make magic happen! ✨ Joy for patients – Our work impacts real lives. Everything we do in healthcare communications is designed to deliver better outcomes and brighter days for patients. ✨ Joy through creativity – Creativity is the fizz in our POP! We turn strategies into brilliant, beautiful ideas that make a lasting impression and bring the spark of joy to life. To celebrate, we’ll be sharing joyful posts throughout December – like a digital advent calendar of cheer! This isn’t just about Christmas; it’s about celebrating the joy we bring every single day. 🌟 Wishing you a joyful season and an even brighter year ahead. Let’s bring the joy to life! • 🎙 ICYMI: Last week, POP Health Co-hosted the first Ticket to Biotech meet-up in London, featuring an exclusive interview with Reynald Castañeda Deputy Editor of Endpoints News. Rey shared valuable insights into the art of life sciences journalism, including: 📅 Timing is everything: - The golden hour for news submissions? 6:30–7:30 a.m. ET. - UK teams have the edge for breaking EU stories – aim for 7:30 a.m. local time. 📰 Hot topics & strategies: - GLP-1s are dominating headlines. And CVRM has big news potential - Avoid the hype – Sometimes it is useful for a journalist to pause before committing to a story. - Earnings weeks? Skip feature pitches – no journalist has time to review them - Generic pitches = instant frustration. - Pitches don't have to be a lengthy email – sometimes a short text message is more effective ⏱ Fast but thoughtful: - Snap features? Turnaround in a week. - Trusted KOLs are critical sources for quality reporting. Thank you again Rey for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. And Lynnea Olivarez, Matt Worrall, and Juliette Rothera at GIG Health for all your event teamwork! 💬 What’s your top takeaway for engaging with the media in 2024? Drop your thoughts below! #LifeSciences #MediaRelations #HealthcareComms #Networking
