We are thrilled to announce the selection of our final Power Of Women💥 ambassadors! During our recent Spark sessions at Pallister Park Primary School, we had the privilege of working with a group of passionate and driven Year 5 pupils! A key part of the ambassador selection process involved giving the pupils a real-world taste of an interview. We were honored to have Jill Fiden from Thirteen Group and Jane Xing from Johnson Matthey join our selection panel. With so many exceptional candidates, choosing just a few ambassadors was no easy task! We recently had the absolute pleasure of running Equality and Aspiration sessions with the incredible Year 5 pupils at St. Bede’s, St. Joseph’s, and St. Bega’s Catholic Primary Schools which are part of the Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust. These engaging sessions, part of the Power Of Women💥 (PoW) campaign and the Primary School Ambassador Program, sparked meaningful conversations around equality, career aspirations and dreams for the future! A big thank you to: Rebecca Jane E. from Masfix, Millie from Tees Business, Billy Kelly and Kayleigh Pickersgill from Visualsoft Ltd and Emma Taylor from Northumbrian Water for leading the interviews with these talented children and for helping to select the POW ambassadors for this year!

The highlight of the day? It’s okay to change your mind—hard work and determination will get you where you want to be. You can be anything you want to be—just go for it!
