Today Principia Law had the opportunity to not only present Ace certificates to colleagues who have gone above and beyond as voted by the staff … but we combined it with having some Halloween 🎃 fun with a fancy dress costume and pumpkin carving competition.

🌟 Congratulations Seeta and Solange! 🌟 At Principia Law, we’re proud to celebrate the incredible achievements of two outstanding team members. Firstly, a huge congratulations to Seeta, who has successfully qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive through CILEx! We were delighted to fully fund her course and the achievement of a formal qualification is a true testament to her hard work and dedication. We’re also thrilled to announce that Solange has successfully applied and achieved a position of Associate within Principia Law as of 1st October 2024. This well-deserved recognition reflects Solange’s exceptional contributions to the business, and we couldn’t be prouder of her accomplishments. Both Seeta and Solange are shining examples of the progression routes that we whole-heartedly champion here at Principia Law, and we look forward to seeing their continued successes. We did it! 🎉 Our incredible team at Principia Law has collectively walked 1,276 miles — the distance from our Northwich office all the way to our sister office in Madrid! This effort was in aid of #NationalFitnessDay and, most importantly, to support the amazing work of St Luke's Cheshire Hospice So far, we’ve raised over £1,100, and donations are still welcome! Proud to be a part of #NationalFitnessDay raising money for St Luke's Cheshire Hospice 🎽 😀

We're excited to announce our Principia fitness challenge as part of Fitness Day 2024! 🏃♂️ 🎽 We're setting our sights on a collective goal: covering the miles from our office in Northwich to Madrid - home of our sister company, Northgate Spain. That's over 1,000 miles of walking, running and/or cycling! From the 12th September up to the fitness day on the 18th we shall be working together to achieve our target. But it's not just about achieving this distance: it's about team spirit, staying fit and raising money for a great cause! We’ve chosen to fundraise for St Luke’s (Cheshire) Hospice, a local charity who provide a huge range of support from end of life care to supporting carers, as well as helping children cope with grief and assisting patients return to work after an illness. Big up our people at ZIGUP! We’re proud of our resourceful, responsive, committed and creative teams (we could go on!) here at ZIGUP. In FY24 we invested a huge 87,000 training hours to develop our talent. Like recently with our Principia Law team, who spent two days developing their growth mindset and softer skills to better support customers and drive our ambitious growth plans.

We’re thrilled to share our latest success at Hastings County Court, where our team secured another credit hire win, beating our own prt 36 offer!   The court awarded damages higher than our prt 36 settlement offer, leading to a 10% uplift on damages and indemnity costs under CPR 36.   This win highlights our commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes. Congratulations to our team for their hard work and dedication! 🎉
