Priory Mechanical Services Limited, established in 1973 as a family run company providing high quality design, installation and maintenance in all aspects of Building Services. Operating from our head office in Surrey we pride ourselves on our innovative approach to management, utilising the latest technologies to achieve efficient installation processes. Over the years we have built up long term relationships with both private clients and main contractors often involved with projects from conception to completion. PMS is a multidiscipline building services contractor specialising in Mechanical and Public Health works - LTHW heating, chilled water, BMS controls, cast iron drainage, mechanical ventilation, electrical installation, refrigerant air conditioning, sprinkler systems, rain water harvesting and ground/air source heat pumps to name a few of the many disciplines we specialise in. Priory have an in-house design department allowing us to successfully work alongside the Project Architect and Designers to create totally bespoke systems. Priory also has dedicated sister companies; Priory Environmental Services and Priory Cooling Solutions. PES comprise of a highly experienced team of specialist engineers providing full planned preventative and reactive maintenance of which tailor made service contracts commence right after contract completion. PCS is our in house air conditioning company comprising of a team of highly skilled AC engineers and specialists. We are certified Business Partners to the leading AC Manufacturers' and have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the design, installation and commissioning of all Air Conditioning Systems. The company’s continued growth and success is testament to its valued staff members, a number of whom have worked through the company starting as apprentices right through to management level positions. Development and training of our staff is and always will be an integral part of the PMS philosophy.

A huge thank you to all Clients, Suppliers and Staff that joined us on Friday for Priory's 44th Golf Day held at Croham Hurst Golf Club. We had beautiful sunshine, fantastic golf and even better company. This year we raised money once again for Chasing Connor's Cure - a charity close to our hearts here at Priory and with some amazing raffle prize donations from our supply chain we have raised over £3,000 which will be so appreciated by the charity. Last night, we hosted our annual Quiz in support of Duchenne UK. Our team of riders took part in the Duchenne Dash in May, cycling from London to Paris in 24 hours to raise money and awareness to #endduchenne. The turn out was fantastic, the support from our family, friends and colleagues within the industry is what makes this evening a remarkable success. Your involvement helped us raise substantial funds for the Duchenne charity, totalling at just under £15,000. While there is currently no cure for Duchenne, funding is so important to accelerate research and bring treatments to these young boys in need and everyone effected by this disease. A special thank you to Emily Reuben OBE for the incredible speech that captivated the entire room and her endless dedication to fight Duchenne.
