  • Our in-house instructors recently visited Travel Connect Edinburgh to run DSE training and assessment sessions, designed to help their team stay safe and comfortable while at work. As an employer, it is your responsibility to protect your workers from the health risks of working with display screen equipment (DSE), such as PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations apply to workers who use DSE daily, for continuous periods of an hour or more – even if they are working remotely. The sessions were worked around the team’s busy schedules, to minimise disruption to their workday, and allowed for 1-2-1 assessments with each person to ensure they were seated correctly. Thanks for having us, Travel Connect!
