👫 As talent adapts to the role of AI in the workplace, inequitable access to technology and skilling opportunities is widening the gap between older and younger generations. 73% of Gen Z believe AI can simplify their work, compared to just 24% of Boomers. The gap widens further with access to upskilling: while 45% of Gen Z report opportunities to develop AI skills, only 22% of Boomers say the same. As the job market grows more dynamic, this lack of access leaves older generations at a significant disadvantage.
